Some sub-processors (Stripe, Sentry, Tucows) are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We keep account data for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 6 years (HMRC requirement). Audit logs are retained for 12 months.

We set one cookie — session — which is strictly necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed (never stored plaintext). All transport is TLS 1.2+. Database access is restricted to the application and a small number of named engineers. We notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed personal-data breach.
We will update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email and announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
