Your trade

The work gets done. The paperwork is chaos.

Photos in chats, hours on paper, RAMS in the footwell and a training sheet nobody has updated. Watch it all land in one place.

Meet Cloudy.

Your jobs, sorted.

Sound familiar?

01
Evidence lives in forty WhatsApp groups

Your client wants photos against the job. Every gang sends them to a different chat.

02
RAMS signed on the tailgate

Or not signed at all, and the audit wants to know who read the method statement before the dig.

03
Vans out without a check

The walkround sheet is in the footwell, blank, and the van has already left the yard.

04
Tickets that expire at the gate

A card or street works ticket out of date, and you find out when the operative is turned away.

05
The Friday timesheet scramble

Gangs text their hours, someone types them in, and the price work never quite adds up.

06
No single view of who is where

Which gangs are on which job and what is still open, without ringing round.

Works offline

Built for chambers, basements and fields.

Your crews keep working with no signal. Checks, photos and sign offs save on the phone and send themselves as soon as the signal is back.

Most site apps stop saving when the signal drops.
MostlyCloudy keeps saving, then sends it all when the signal is back.

Questions contractors ask

What happens after I apply?

We call you, talk through how your jobs run, and set MostlyCloudy up around them. Then you decide.

Who sets it up?

We do. You do not need anyone in the office to build it.

Will my crews actually use it?

It runs on their phones and works offline, so a site with no signal is not a problem.

What does it cost?

It is priced per person, with every app for everyone on the account. Work out your price.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Pay month to month and cancel with notice, or sign for 24 months and save 25%.

Can it carry our brand?

Yes. Your logo goes on the app, and we can build and host your website and email as well.

Where is our data kept?

On servers in the UK. Your data is encrypted and handled under UK GDPR.

Your crews do the hard part. Cloudy sorts the paperwork.

Apply and we call you. We set it up around how your jobs already run, then you decide.
